tl;dr: Started dutasteride afters years of finasteride and developed considerable gyno in a matter of a couple of months. May need to stop all treatments if it doesn't resolve by itself after switching back to finasteride (I don't do well with anesthesia, so surgery is a no-no). Wrote a wall of text to try to cope with the worst-case scenario.

Dutasteride works for a lot of people, don't be scared of trying it just because of my experience. I was just unfortunate to have a very undesirable side-effect
