I take pictures of myself and I don't like what I see. The hairline frames the face and I have lost mine completely from the ages of 21-27. The lack of a hairline makes my face look longer, my forehead bigger and dark circles under my eyes are accentuated. This sucks so much. I have no choice now. I want to use my savings for things like education but I feel like I am left with no choice.

post some pics and we can give you advice. Luckily, you're in the UK, where you can get a really good hair transplant from a reputable Doctor at a good price. Hang in there man.

We're always our own worst critics. Chances are you don't look as bad as you think and even if you look worse because of hair loss then it still doesn't need to hold you back. If you want to get a hair transplant at some point then by all means do so but be careful as results vary greatly and they can even sometimes make matters worse.

Also be careful of some of the negativty on this forum. You're better off seeking advice on a more positive place which looks at things you can work on and gain rather than what you've lost and can't control so much.

Education is more important...

If you didnot study ..

No matter how dude u look will curse yourself if you do not earn...
I did this mistake for two years .

U can change your life once you get established and money starts flowing to you ..

Then just Rx minoxidil and Finasteride..

If you take money from family...get it now .
Or else wait till job...

What happens when the blue collar plumber comes over and pipe fits your wife while you're at work. That same guy with a full head of hair and handsome face.

Do you think she will care about his occupation when she has a hunk inside her. Don't think so

The only way to prevent this is to be more confident!!
Because, ya know... that wife won't care about looks.

Do you know Girls are so intelligent that even if you have Greek god looks or superstar physique...
It will be impossible to get good girl if that person is rickshaw and auto driver..sales person in shops..

Girls look for future.. Money money money money...money..

What's the point of marrying wh*** if you have personality..and looks..

What will he achieve if he did hairtransplant sacrificing education..
He will lose more than achieving something...

No job,no girl is saying here. .
And this is 100% reality...

Ask a 9s,10s category friends how difficult is to get girl for marrying if career is rotting..unstable..

One note for you...

I had many close female friends till now..
But it what really matters is not your gf..
But how your wife is..

All my friends who are super dashing no matter have long long list of super cute gf...
They only marry someone who is marriage material..

And will throw b**ch,slutty girl like a fly in milk..

I can see that you are distraught over the extent of your loss, which is understandable. One thing I would caution however is to hold off on a hair transplant as long as you can if indeed you still have a material amount of hair. Medical therapy using finasteride and minoxidil can halt further progression and moderately regrow/thicken your existing hairs, which could potentially get you to a stabilized/comfortable position. At this point, if you feel that there are inadequate areas, you can go ahead and proceed with the hair transplant.

Again, this is based on the presumption that you are 27, have substantial loss in your hairline but existing density to a degree, and are still in the progression up to and including NW7 loss. Bearing this in mind, if you are incomplete through the progression, you run the risk of potential shock loss (without finasteride to stabilize hairs) and uneven distribution from further progression if you do the procedure at a relatively young age. I really would caution folks who proceed with the transplant before ~30, because we really have no idea as to what the progression of the specific pattern entails. just my 2cents here :)

They do love money. I once saw a girl at a strip club make a whole roll of quarters disappear.

I was told this at the farjo clinic, but my dad is 67 and has been a norwood 3V for at least 40 years. I'm norwood 3 and starting to progress towards 3V. In my mind there is no risk at all, I just want a decent hairline and density adding in the crown.

Finasteride is a no go, unfortunately. I tried it in 2011 and got all kinds of side effects.

From what I've read, I would go to Dr de reys in Belgium. UK surgeons like farjo and Reddy are too expensive, and shahmalak is untrustworthy based on reviews.

Unfortunately, I believe farjo and reddy will charge around £10,000 for what I want, wheras I could get it done in belgium for £6,000. Shahmalak may be cheaper, but he doesn't have many good reviews and the risk is too big.

Oh I know, I can't tell if some people on here are being serious or not.
