My Regimen
I started taking Saw Palmetto along with B6 and Zinc. I have been on it now for three weeks, since taking this regimen I've noticed that I'm shedding hair like crazy and I'm really loosing hair in the frontal areas as well as around the crown. I've also noticed major dryness and itching to the scalp more so then in my entire life. Any advice on what to do, should I try a little longer or just stop taking it all?
