Hi all!

I'm 34 years old, I noticed I was starting to loose my hair since 18 yo, I was diagnosed by my doctor male pattern baldness. I was SCARED, and I tried a lot of treatments with good results (finasteride, minoxidil, Nizoral, laser comb, etc etc etc), but then, when I was around 26 I stopped everything. And eventually started to slowly loose my hair again. Why I stopped? I really can't tell you ONE reason, but mainly because I didn't want to continue taking Finasteride (I was planning to have Kids, I was afraid of side effects), and by that time I was too lazy to continue with topicals... With my daily routine it was difficult to closely follow a regimen (always travelling, etc).

Last year around August I decided to start treatment again because my hairloss was becoming more and more visible!

So I decided to start all over again, and be VERY strict with a topical regimen.

So my daily routine is:

Every MORNING:

- REVITA SHAMPOO + REVITA CONDITIONER;
- 1 or 2 times per week I alternate with NIZORAL 2%;
- 3 times a week after shower I do 20 min Laser Comb (hairmax, I have it since 2004, with a little use);

Back in August I started also taking some Suplements, like coconut extract pills, but now I stopped that.

Every EVENING:

- Spectral F7, 10 minutes after I apply MINOXIDIL (I alternate between Rogaine FOAM and Spectral DNC-N);
- Before Bed I apply REVIVOGEN 1-1,5ml, 2 or 3 days Weekly I alternate this with spironolactone Cream that I bought from here.

And that's it.

I've been taking pictures that I'll share with you now, I'm happy with results so far.

I'll keep posting new pictures, and wish you all the best!

J.

WOW! Great results man! I agree, I think if you added finasteride your results would be profound. Anyways, I can't believe your results with only doing Min one time a day! Congrats

New Pics taken Today 18/02/2015.

I think I'm going through a shedding period... But overall good results.

I didn't mention earlier but on the first 2 months I had unbelievable amount of dandruff, but then it stopped. So if you are starting, actually that is a good sign, it means treatment is resulting. Stick to your program!

Good luck all.

Effiency of both topical zinc and minoxidil gets undermined, when used together. Still those result IS FUC!<ING AWESOME.
BTW could you please pics of yourself out in the sun na d if possible wet?? A flash would be good too

Thanks for that info... I'll guess I'll try to use minoxidil and revivogen with as much as long time between applications.
About new photos, sure! I'm using my smartphone camera, and it's true not always with ideal light conditions... Asap I'll post new pics.

All the best everyone!

I'm just on topicals (mainly because I'm afraid of finasteride side effects), but some supposedly have anti-DHT properties like Revivogen. Also I use spironolactone Cream...

I try to cover all angles of hairloss:

Regrowth:
- Rogaine Foam;
- Laser Comb;
- Spectral DNC-N;
- Revita Shampoo;
- Spectral F7;

A-DHT/A-Androgen:
- spironolactone Cream.;
- Revivogen;
- Revita Conditioner;
- Nizoral 2%;

All the luck to you too !!

p.s- I attached a picture of my 'arsenal'... The results are good, but I'm using A LOT of weapons, and the secret is STICK WITH IT.

No no its okay until you are getting the results. The effieciency diff is not that much significant.
Use it like you feel is convienent

Hmm, what was more effective? The spironolactone cream or Revivogen? I started using revivogen 5 weeks ago, I suffered from a shed but I am seeing smaller hairs coming back to life. What's Spectral 7? Geez dude you used a lot of stuff, nonetheless your regrowth is very impressive.

Hi,

I think both are effective, but if I had to choose one I would go with REVIVOGEN.

You can find more info about Spectral F7 here: http://dslaboratories.com/spectralf7/description.php#top

I added this topical to my regimen to boost treatments and improve overall scalp condition. I'm on the 2nd bottle, still have a 3rd one, but I'm not sure if I'll continue using it.

It looks like a lot of stuff, but in reality it's just Shampoo+Conditioner in the morning, and minoxidil+Revivo/spironolactone before bed... Laser comb and F7 are extras, that I use sporadically. If I had to use topicals twice a day that would be harder.

Lately I've been getting scalp irritation when applying Spectral DNC-N, the days I use Rogaine Foam I have no irritation, anyone experienced the same?

Best luck all!

If it ain't broken don't fix it. Keep with your regimen because it does seem to be working. I don't know your family history but that should give you a good estimate about how many time you have remaining on them follicles. If it ain't favourable, you'll need finasteride down the road buddy.
Good results.
