My Rogaine form turning to liquid

Is this normal? I've been using it for about a week and a half. At first it came out all, well, foamy. Now it comes out really runny, although it seems to spread out quite well without being to messy.

I'm just curious really, seems a little odd. So long as it's working I can live with it!

There have been a few threads about this already. I cant find them, but do a search if you have time

Oh right, cheers, least it's not just me!

Other then that Ive been really impressed with it so far. Obviously too early for any regrowth but makes my hair look thicker and fuller. In fact it gives the illusion I have more hair. Score!

I feel the same way too, make my thinning areas look fuller. As far as it not coming out as a foam, you may not be holding the can correctly. You need to hold it absolutely straight, up and down, before expelling any of the contents. If you do not do this over time you will end up with less propellent and therefore it will end up coming out as a liquid instead of foam.

Ah right, that maybe it, I've kinda held it straight down (I apply direct to scalp) but not really made a great effort over this so will be more careful from now on.

It's still effective though I take it, even though it's liquidy?

This happened to my can today also after a week and a half.. I still applied it and probably even felt like I got more definate coverage as I could feel the liquid but it took a while to dry.. does anyone know if it's still effective like this? What a pain.. almost a whole can possibly gone to waste..

Could this be due to humidity? Maybe it's one of those products that must be stored in a cool, dry environment. Mine was working fine for the first few applications, but then I came back to my apt where the bathroom is small and has no fan. I left it in the medicine cabinet and when I came out of the shower to put it on, it turned to liquid way faster than before. I didn't even get enough time to put it on before it turned to liquid.

I gave the same can a very quick shake and tried it again and it went back to normal. :s Not sure if the shake actually had anything to do with it but it is fine now. :)
