My story and case

At a young age around 21, I had a traumatic experience where a small frontal portion of my forehead hairline was forcibly and violently ripped out and what I think it to be its hair roots ripped out. I think this may also be described as a case of Traction Alopecia, concentered and isolated in a particular area of the scalp.

If one were to conduct a close-view examination of the affected area, one would find or to be able to make out from a close visual observation, an uneven hairline in the affected area of my forehead hairline where there is almost a barren or absolutely no growth of hair within the affected area, and where it should normally be growing. One would also be able to visualize the missing portion of the hairline would have looked like in place and in line with the rest of the frontal hairline, if it were not forcibly ripped out in the first place.

I believe close examination is needed to adjudge the damage to the hair follicles and hair roots, to evaluate whether the scarring has been severe enough that the damage is permanent and that new hair cannot regrow naturally.

I am exploring the idea to undergo a hair transplant to have this issue finally corrected and hopefully in time, to restore the frontal hairline back to its aesthetically even and natural appearing manner. There are also various hair regrowth serums on the market that may also help alleviate the issue.

I am open to anyone's analysis and suggestions?

Thanks
Jack
