Hello all.
After coming to terms that my hair loss is now uncontrollable, i came onto the internet and researched how i could start to regrow my hair and begin to fight back baldness. After coming across this forum, and reading posts the last few days, i decided i'd like to share my journey with other people in the same boat.
I have been losing hair since about 22/23 yrs old. Ive now just turned 27 and it has been rapidly increasing since about 25 to a point now where i feel it is best to start on the 'big 3' before its too late and im completely bald!
In february 2014 i decided to shave my head to see the exact damage done, in preparation for my journey which i would start in April. My 1st picture will show you my shaved head.
My journey started on the 8th April 2014, after i left my hair to grow back to a reasonable length (my 2nd photo), the day which i started taking the following medication further down my post. Im now onto my 9th day, 16th April 2014. Although i dont expect any sort of result until atleast a few months, i thought it would be good to share my story 9 days in to the fightback with all of you and any feedback is welcome. Hopefully i will grow something back.

- Propecia (finasteride 1mg) - Once daily
- Nizoral 1% - Every 3/4 days
- Regaine (minoxodil 5%) - Twice daily
- Various supplement capsules (Zinc, iron, omega 3 oil, vitamin B, C / & E, Folic acid)
- Green tea (1/2 cups daily)
- Complete change in diet. Healthy foods, fruit & veg.
