34 yrs old, male pattern baldness in the family, recently had family pics done and wow, starting to thin on top and develop a shiny spot, also thinning on the sides.
Pick 1 is when I started the regimen about a month ago. Others are today.
Started my regimen almost immediately and have a few questions.
Heres what I am currently doing:
125 mg finasteride per day
rogaine foam twice a day- using only on the vertex like the package says.
Nizoral - about ever 3 days
Nioxin system 1 every day in an attempt to thicken hair.
Here are my questions:
1. Should I use the rogaine on the front of my scalp as well? It is def thinning there.
2. Is I ok to use the Nioxin with the Nizoral?
3. I apply the Nioxin scalp treatment at the same time as my morning rogaine application. Is this ok? After 7 or 8 sprays of the scalp treatment I notice 2-3 hairs stuck to my hands!
