over the last couple of months, during and since returning from a holiday, I have noticed my hair feels really dry and looks what I think is thinner, possibly all over. I have noticed I can rub my hands through my hair a couple of times and the second time I get about 3/4 hairs with white bulbs. I have had high anxiety and stress over the last year or so, I have really bad panic attacks, can't think and have huge tension head aches. It really did take over my life. There was no real cause, I just had a panic attack one day and it freaked me out since. I went on holiday as part of my personal rehabilition program, which began about March, to help myself return to normal and during this time my circumstances have changed for the better and my stress, up until i started focusing and obsessing over my hair a couple of month back, had reduced to the point where I had less/no panic. I'm seeing the derm in a month, sadly only appt i could get. Do people with male pattern baldness notice a distinct change in hair texture and greasyness, if i left my hair two days without washing before my 'rehab' it would be greasy as hell but now it just feels dryer and coarse to the point i hate touching it! confused and not far off jumping on some meds....
It's like I'm jumped from one major stress to another!
Also I have been a Norwood 1.5 according to the scale on the main page for as long as I've cared about my hair(9 years?!?!) and have always had a noticable crown according to holiday pics from the same age. I'm 24.
Advice would be a mega put me on, at least until i can see the derm(also tempted to see a tricologist)
Thanks
