I would like to share my story so far on propecia.
I am 35 and live in Sydney Australia, I have suffered from male pattern baldness for many years and 9 months ago I went to the hairdresser she advised of my growing bald patch on my scalp.
After much stress and reading on the pro's and con's of finasteride I decided to visit my doctor to get a script for propecia.
Being extremely worried about the side effects I visited a specialist to have a sperm sample from before and after my time on finasteride as I had also read that it may effect your "count"
Starting out was a great feeling as after many years of slowly losing my hair I thought this may at least stop my hair from thinning out.
I will let the pictures speak for themselves, the photos are taken from before I started with 3 month intervals with the last pictures currently taken at 9 months from my hairdresser
As for the side effects, I recently had another sperm check and there have been no changes in the DNA and "count".
I have suffered from no other side effects and am happy to discuss this with anyone.
