My success so far (1 month)

Well here I am, surfing the internet and I stumble with this great page, love the success story's so I am posting mine too.

Regimen:

Mino 5% every night
ON whey protein
Fish Oil
Cre-C max

Yeah if you noticed I do weightlifting 4 times a week :) this should be doing the job helping the hair regrowth. Right now it has been just 1 week in minoxidril and the hair fall has stop!. No I dint have the shredding side effect, magically the hair just stopped falling and its getting a little volumen so far. All this in my first week, I am hoping great results in 3 months I'll try to keep posted with updates!.

This is like a before pic since this is just starting out! I'll try to upload 1 every month!

Even a month is too soon to evaluate results, but it's very smart to establish a baseline (which you have) and to take regular data.

I've never seen anything to suggest that weight lifting has anything to do with hair loss. Why do you think it will help?

Ditto the above points. Working out won't save your hair. Minoxidil will stimulate hair growth, but it takes several months for noticable results, not one week! Hair grows, and regrows VERY slowly!

And finally, l without a DHT inhibitor or an androgen receptor blocker, your long term hair maintenance prospects are not good. You need finasteride. If your body can't handle finasteride then you need topical spironolacetone. This is the most important part, more than the minoxidil, and much more than the fish oil and other stuff you mentioned, which won't do a thing for your hair.

Hi guya I have been in treatment for 1 month. I have been reading you guys and took the suggestions. Started finasteride 2 weeks ago 1.25mg daily. After the week of my first post the shedding finally took place and I was happy, because that means is working (duh). I have been reading about hair loss effective treatments and sucess storys and I'll be starting Nizoral this week to increase the results.Anyway here is my progress after 1 month.

This was a better quality picture taken the first week of treatment.

About the weightlifting i think it can help because the BCAAs amino acids etc. high blood flow takes nutrients and oxigenation to the scalp, I am not really sure about this but it just make sense

Few days ago.

I only used finasteride for 2 weeks after the update and stopped using it because I noticed so much improvement without it and don't want to be messing with my DHT, I am too paranoid lol. Maybe I'll start using it again but it seems like I don't really need it anyway...

The regiment right now is keto and minoxidil 2 times daily.

Better quality for ID Walker lol

So what are you using right now?

I've got the same exact hairline. My thinning up at the front has gotten progressively worse, although not quite as bad as when you first started your regimen.

Nice work btw. Looks like you're getting good results.

Schitz I am using at the moment generic liquid minoxidil 2 times daily and keto shampoo every 2 days. Dropped finasteride because I wanted to, only used it for 2 weeks and that's not enough time to see any progress or secondary effects I guess.
