nail growth and hair loss?

hey does ur nail growth indicate anything about your hair because my toe nails pretty much dont even grow, or at the very most, they BARELY grow. My finger nails seem to be fine however. Is there any correlation between these things?

Hair and nails are somewhat similar in their genetic make up. You can buy supplements that help with the growth of healthy strong hair and nails, typically these products contain high levels of Biotin. I am not saying it will stop hair loss but it is very possible you are deficient in biotin.
