hmm i have a funny feeling about the claim "Peroxynitrite has been shown to be detrimental to the health of the hair follicle"
haven't heard any scientific proof of that
i am convinced it might increase the presence of NO but i don't think it'll be as effective as minoxidil because it seems to decrese the loss of NO in your body via interactions with superoxide radicles rather than introducing more NO in your body like minoxidil does
but hmm i wonder if that is the case then maybe a water soluble NO dilator could be added to water and applied topically maybe it would could work against hair loss like minoxidil does

I searched all over for Reviews of Nanogaine. The only legit review seems to be here, Hair Loss Product Reviews . From reading this review, it seems that you cannot buy this product in the US anymore. That's kinda scary. Also, the company states that you need to use a lot of it for it to work. You might have to order a bunch at once....I wouldn't trust it.
