So broke down and got some nanogen hair fibers and the locking spray. I'm about 2 months after my transplant. But as we all know transplanted hair doesn't really show up til about 4-8 months. I got the medium brown, color matches up very well, using it in front and back. Have to be careful when applying to the front to blend it well otherwise it looks unnatural. But overall seems like a good product. The locking spray helps a ton. Only downside so far is my scalp gets a little itchy after having the fibers on all day. If you can blend it well though it looks great.

I tried Nanogen and didn't like it. Although the medium brown is a good color match, It is overpriced, comes out in clumps, doesn't stick well, doesn't look as full as Xfusion, and you can't use it with a sprayer because the top doesn't come off.

I use Xfusion (made by Toppik company so probably the same but cheaper priced) and although the medium brown is darker than it should be, I can sprinkle it on as little or as much as I need to get a good result.

I found that every other concealer I have tried that comes in the wider shorter containers won't come out with a slight shake. You have to tip the container upside down to get a clump of it to come out. If you try and sprinkle it on nothing comes out.
