Natural hair loss treatments?

Hello,

I'm wondering if anyone can recommend any natural hair loss treatments?

I'm worried about using finasteride as have read too many stories of sexual disfunction. Trying for a baby - so that won't be good for me! Also worried about taking medication the rest of my life.

What can I do? Thinking about a hair transplant in a year maybe. Currently have a 5cm radius patch on my crown. The rest is fine. Using Toppik to cover it up.

Any advice would be great.

Saw palmetto EXTRACT helps me but I've only tried it with a low dose oral anti androgen. After 2 mos if helped reduce my shed.
