need advice badly

I am 27 years old, new to this forum..started loosing my hair when i was 19 years....now i just shave my head everytime bcoz i don't want to look older than my age...

I have tried everything to get my hair back like prospecia, vitamins, etc..whatever people or doctors advised me but no luck...Now, I am trying to possibly look for hair procedures like (a) hair transplant, (b) hair restoration , or even (c) scalp micropigmentation to atleat get a hairline..

Other than above procedures, have you guys heard about any other treatments which i have not heard about ?

Any other advice is really appreciated .

You have tried propecia(finasteride)? If not this might be a good start now. If you have already tried that route then how long did you stay with it? Results may not be seen for a year or more. Thanks for sharing.

yeah i tried prospecia for almost 10-11 months..no results

read this it may change your mind on whether finasteride is worth another try. Remember just maintaining is a success. Not everyone gets regrowth.
