Hi
i am going for a hair transplant with Doctor Epstein for many reasons.
i have significant thinning on the crown and that is what I want to target
I am just wondering whether he is good in "moderate" dense packing, that is, i don't want my scalp to be visible.

I first was very happy about thye decision then I started to get concerned regarding these pictures:

http://www.foundhair.com/photoGallery/F ... g_2_11.asp

http://www.foundhair.com/photoGallery/F ... ng_8_9.asp

I felt in both cases the end result justifies less grafts; i.e. that there were too many grafts used for the improvement seen... is it true ?
would one expect better results/ efficieny from other doctors using the same amounts of grafts ?

Any comments att his point would be very useful. I know HE IS A GREAT DOCTOR, but i am just studying fully my options here for the best crown hair transplant.

Thank you

You have to remember that the crown is a black hole concerning grafts, it swallows alot up. Have you booked with Epstein yet?

hmm does not look like a greate survival rate on those 2 jobs you linked at.
i would not be happy with that result for that amount of grafts...
Think maybe you should have researched the dr and results a litle bit more before taking the plunge and ordering.
But this could be just 2 bad cases out of many good ones.. i dont know much about this dr so i cant say.
