I'd personally wait a bit longer, maybe a month or two, because it could just be a shed. I've seen anecdotes of people getting sheds well into their finasteride treatment, sometimes even at the 1 year mark!
However, if you really want to add something to your treatment, add in a 0.5 mg dutasteride dose, intially 1x a week, then slowly increase the dosage. DON'T stop finasteride yet, because it might look like it doesn't work, but it's still better than no finasteride. Eventually you'll be able to fully switch to dustateride, the standard dosage afaik being 0.5 mg a day.
Also, I disagree with adding in minoxidil right now. First, get on an anitandrogen treatment that at least stabilizes your hairloss, THEN add minoxidil. Otherwise you're not gonna see how your hairloss is progressing.
Anyways, my guess is that it could just be a shed. Most men will at the very least see their hairloss stabilize after 1 year with finasteride. Coincidentally I also saw decent results with only finasteride after about 6 months and then it kinda went fucky a month ago, but I'm slowly starting to see sh*t stabilizing. Don't panic, and just wait a bit longer. That's what I would personally do.
