Gents,
I really need some advice please, I've been on Finasteride for a year at 0.5mg and recently 1mg for the last 7 months so total of 1 year 7 months, had great results and regrowth at 1mg, 7 months in at 1mg I have sides, low libido, watery semen and sometimes no ejaculation. I've noticed if I decrease the dose to 0.75mg I get the dreaded itch and shedding, the itch by the way I didn't have at the original 0.5mg only occurred after I increased to 1mg then when reduce to less than 1mg itch comes back.
Bloody work results:
Testosterone (free or unbound) reference range = 0.198 to 0.619 nmol/L - Result = 0.426 nmol/L (normal)
Testosterone reference range 8.64 - 29 nmol/L - Result = 29.7 nmol/L (high)
SHBG reference range 18.3 - 54.1 nmol/L - Result = 66 nmol/L (high)
Awaiting estrogen result
I'm stumped at the moment I really need some help if someone could kindly shed some light.
