Hello I'm male to female transgender and I got an orchiectomy (surgical castration) in October of last year and I stopped taking all anti androgens. However a few months after the surgery I felt (idk maybe I was paranoid) that I was looking more masculine so I went back on dutasteride (0.5mg) and back on the cypro but at a lower dose (12.5mg) I used to take 50 mg daily. I've feel that its helped and helped hair a bit too, so my question is should I drop the cypro completely? Like would it even do anything anymore? So my regimen would be 2 100 mcg estradiol patches and 1 0.5 dutasteride pill a day as insurance to prevent adrenal testosterone from converting into DHT. Would that be good? Would I need anything else like bica? I hope someone can help me with some advice. Thank you.

Which estrogens are you using? Maybe add low dose of oral minoxidil (0,5-1 mg)
