Unfortunately, there really aren't any updates on the new website. However, there is much more info regarding their lead product ASCJ-9 for acne. They have now developed a new cream formulation to increase effectiveness of the compound. Btw, no announcement of phase-III or expected commercial launch.

AndroScience currently has approval to commence a phase II clinical trial in androgenetic alopecia using the ASC-J9â„¢ compound. A foam formulation has been developed for alopecia and the company is positioning clinical trial resources and investigative sites to begin the trial towards the end of 2009

Wonder why they have postponed the Phase 2 trials. I think they said the Phase 2 trials would be starting Q4 2008(this as back in the summer of 2008).

But at least they are making progress.

Is it a stimulant like minoxidil or an topical anti-androgen like spironolactone?
