Looks like only local shipping to misc countries, maybe you could find some way to ship them internationally. I don't know if these sites are legit though. Anyway, the study you posted shows that microneedling looks pretty useless on its own. Not entirely unexpected, as it's consistent with most experiences I've seen posted online, but still sad. I remember 2 Chinese studies from 2018-2020 which showed that microneedling monotherapy was actually very effective.
