i dont think it has. sounds a lot like spectral dnc with the nanosomes
and what not. maybe theyre jumping on the bandwagon.

Just looked at it, just another spinoff on minoxidil, like Spectral, I would save my money, stick with Rogaine Foam, it may be the best minoxidil on the market.
