I assume VH is velous hairs and TH is terminal hairs they were using 1 percent sildafinil which is achievable with 600 mg in 60 ml
I’m thinking of adding to minoxidil 600 mg of v**** or do you all think a different vehicle would be better? As maybe minoxidil might degrade the v**** in solution ??

it is a shitty journal. And shitty paper. Sorry. They use both but they don't directly compare the difference between them.
So many shitty male pattern baldness studies from egypt, dunno why.

FYI I do use topical sildafinil. I am not sure if it has long term benefit but it weirdly make my hair thicker over the short term.

i can confirm topical PDE5i (tadalafil api) does do something (but not success story level)

i also take orally for healthspan, haven't notice hair effects of that vs topical

What did it do for your hair exactly? Improved caliber? Growth rate? Are these effects throughout the entire scalp? So only topical application seems to work? Wondering if this would be worth doing as an adjunct treatment.

I think if you put anything on your scalp you would grow some hair. It would interfere with the normal balding environment.

Yes that's why I use DHT cream as a gel ... interferes with the balding process...

seriously thought, I do see an effect from V... nothing to write home about. I use one pill in 60 ml (water + little pg).

Wouldn't this go systemic and have a similar effect to Minoxidil tho, seeing as they are both vasodilators? Which can obviously be pretty dangerous for the heart.
