again it is disappointed to see there is no testing of serum DHT.

those who apply the 1% finasteride gel use it twice daily. there is no indication on how much they use each time. let assume 1ml each time and that will be 2ml per day. i think it quite reasonable as the patient "massage" the gel into the scalp which should require a certain amount of gel to do that. with a little math, we can tell they dump a whopping 20mg of finasteride on the scalp!!! consider the formula contain about 60% alcohol, i believe it will not be too much to say it allow finasteride to go freely into blood steam.

back to the old question. does it work due to topical or systemic? :shakehead:

I guess this has got some serious potential especially if it can work well at the follicular level.I have a feeling,that the side effects wont be as much as consuming the pill.
