New uncolored hairs from Rogaine to turn Terminal?

I'm pretty happy with the regrowth I had from rogaine.(started 4months ago)

However I can see tons of new vellus blond hairs who seems to be unpigmented. They are growing longer and longer each time but it seems like they aren't getting darker.
Will those hair eventually turn terminal?

I would like to know the answer myself. If mine do then I would be very freakin' happy.
