I have yet to start Rogaine but am planning on adding it this week. However, if anyone can answer a few questions it would be great help. Can you apply a copper peptide before/after applying rogaine. Also, it says to apply rogaine twice a day. I assume most people apply at night and in the morning. My question is if I put it in at night and then I apply it in the morning, I am working pretty much 12/13 hours day. By the time I get home it's 8 o'clock then I get to the gym it's close to 10. Is it unhealthy to keep it in that long if I put it on in the morning. Not to mention, once I take a shower at night it's time to go to bed again and I'll have to apply it again. Does anyone have a solution to this b/c I can't imagine it being healthy to have rogaine in your hair 22 out of the 24 hours in the day.

The name of the game is to allow it to absorb. You're putting this on your scalp, right (vs. your hair)? After the first couple or three hours, most of it has been absorbed. It's not an issue of it still being on your scalp...if it's done its job, it's pretty much gone. Now, some of the vehicle may still linger - but I wouldn't let that bother me for a second.

Yes, you can do whatever-- wash, soap, after about 4 hours (recommended amount of time)

Also, make sure you make your applications at least 8 hours apart- so make sure you get 8 hours of sleep (if possible, we all wish) or apply later in the morning-- after breakfast or something.

It's good stuff. If you recently just started thinning, you'll see great results.
