Hi guys,

I'm new to this forum and don't have much experience with fighting hairloss practically.

A few months ago, I noticed that my temples have receeded alot. Apparently this happened very slowly during the last 1-2 years since I never had visible shedding. Beside my temples, I still have thick Hair. However I'm only 23 years old.

During the last few weeks I gathered up a lot of information from the internet. My goal is to keep the remaining hair or at least slow down the process.

My current Regime:
Ell-Cranell (Alfatradiol) once daily
Regenepure Dr (Ketocozanole) 3x per Week

My thoughts:
To be honest, I'm scared of taking finasteride, especially the oral version. I don't want permanent side effects. Also my estrogen level is already high (don't really know why) and there is the possibility of gyno.
Topical finasteride and microdosing oral would bei alternatives.

I don't think that Minoxidil makes sense at this point, because it apparently works mostly on the top of the head, where my hair is still thick anyway. But it would be a possibility later.

Currently I'm thinking about the following Options:

Fluridil (Eucapil)
topical Finasteride
Ru58841
Cb0301
Zix
Revivogen

I would be happy about advice how to keep my hair without severe side effects.

I have attached pictures.

Note: English is not my first language. Please excuse mistakes.
