Do you have any men in your family who have hairloss? It can be brothers, your father, grandfathers, uncles on both sides of the family.

Have you been to a doctor or dermatologist as yet to diagnose your hair loss? It could be a vitamin or mineral defiency, malnutrition, or it could be Androgenetic Alopecia, there's quite a few possibilities that's why getting a blood test is crucial to finding what is and isn't the cause of your hairloss.

Hairline looks good but i do see the thinning around your crown. I would book an appointment with your doctor or dermatologist and ask about a prescription for Finasteride.
On a side note, you're lucky to live in Turkey as its one of the cheapest places to get a good hair transplant. Not that you need that right now, just saying.
Get on finasteride and hopefully you can keep your hair for many years to come :)

Ailenizde saçı dökülen erkek var mı? Ailenin her iki tarafında kardeşler, babanız, büyükbabalar, amcalar olabilir.

Ah, Androgenetic Alopecia then. Sorry about that. But it's possible you can be the one to change it around if you act quickly.

Your first step should be do see a dermatologist ASAP to check your bloods, tell them to test everything that could result in hairloss and thinning. You will also need to do your own research beforehand to ensure the dermatologist does not miss out any tests that could be the cause of your hairloss and thinning.

Even though you have Androgenetic Alopecia, you could still have nutritional deficiencies so it's important to check you don't have any other factors that are causing you accelerated hairloss.

Yes, it has a lot of side effects. Especially sexual side effects like Erectile Dysfunction and low libido being the most common. I would only suggest using Finasteride as a last resort. There are natural alternatives that you can use that are safer.

Finasteride is dangerous because it reduces the second most important male hormone (DHT) by 70%.

Common sense would tell anyone that it is a risky play. For that reason I first recommend natural alternatives.

Thank you for your attention. I will go to the doctor as soon as possible and ask for a blood test. Also, my father and uncle went bald at 22-23, do you have any other treatment suggestions?

Finasteride, I waited till my 20s to start taking it though. You've got a solid hairline and that's the most important thing, finasteride will help prevent further loss and minoxidil is good at re growing hair at the crown. There is chances of finasteride sides but if you get them you can either lower your dose or stop taking it and you should be back to normal.

1. Go to doctor to get bloodwork to rule out vitamin deficiencies or other causes
2. Once those are ruled out, start finasteride ASAP if you're past puberty (not still developing sexually)
3. If doctor confirmed no skin condition like dermatitis, you can also add weekly dermarolling
4. Add ketoconazole shampoo a few times a week, may dry out your hair so use conditioner. Can reduce frequency later
5. Minoxidil is an option later, but better to resolve any underlying issues first and see where finasteride could get you

1-3 "official" percent chance of finasteride side effects from studies (real number if you include minor ones probably more like 20%, just guessing)
vs 99% chance of baldness based on your family history
Does vitamin deficiency affect genetic shedding that much? I've never been to a doctor I'm afraid to go to a doctor I have a phobia :D I have occasional burning and pain on my scalp but this time it has decreased, I've been using saw palmetto capsules for a week. I don't know if it has any effect

The BIG3 will work, have you seen a dermatologist to confirm you have male pattern baldness?

Every drug has the potential of side effects. I was 18 when I first started finasteride and I'm fine. You could start with a low dose, like half a dose, and go from there, see how you tolerate the drug. Chances are you'll be fine.

What is big3 , I didn't go to the doctor
Please take advice on here with a pinch of salt. Maybe the big 3 will help but its no guarantee. I had VERY similar diffuse hairloss to yourself in my early 20s, tried finisteride (dht blocker) and rogain (minoxidil) for approx 3 years. Things only got worse. Stopped everything and things still continued to get worse at same rate until I did what I do now.

Again just my advice but won't hurt to try - bath with magnesium flakes, wash hair less often and dissolve magnesium sulfate and/or chloride in water when washing, try to keep scalp dry and free from sebum build up (use shampoo sparringly) take magnesium supplements. Lower inflammation and use MSM supplements (preferably before bed) Try to keep good blood supply to scalp, even tilt head downwards to feel blood gathering at scalp and occasionaly brush with hard bristled brush (or light dermaroll) and spray more.....magnesium lol. You can probably tell I like magnesium, but that's because it's the main thing that had halted and (very slowly) reversed my hairloss. Although I used the other big 3 component - Nizoral or ketoconazole a few years ago and it was the worst thing I've ever tried, had read a few bad reviews but after years of putting it off finally gave it a try and it turned my hair to absolute crap after a few months so never again. No doubt about that from my personal experience.

By all means try the 'big 3' or at least finestaride and minoxidil, they defnitely help a lot of people. I know people who have had success from dht blockers and minoxidil. But they didn't help me and adding what did help me to your regime now may really help you, and it's all dirt cheap. Certainly wish id discovered it 15 years ago.

Good luck.

Genetics might have a role to play in your condition as you started losing hair at the age of just 15. But some other factors may aggravate this condition. This includes poor nutrition, poor sleep pattern, and other bad lifestyle habits.

I would suggest you bring some changes to your lifestyle, take adequate nutrition, eat a potassium and magnesium-rich diet, have an adequate intake of water, stop smoking (if you smoke), and take proper sleep. Bringing changes to your inner self will definitely reflect outside.

As far as your hair products are concerned, use a holistic and integrative approach toward your hair and scalp health. Switch to more holistic products that contain fewer chemicals. You can also try using essential oils on your scalp and hair, this will improve your hair's strength.

First, try all this, still, if there is no difference, then see a Functional medicine doctor near you who will be able to discover the root cause of your hair loss and will advise the necessary solutions.

Let me know if this helps! Thanks!
