Nioxin? Good? Bad? Versus Tricommin?

I've used Nioxin Shampoo and conditioner daily for awhile. I ran out awhile back and seemed to have increased hair loss. What is the concensus on this product?

I just started using Nizoral every few days, but I'm curious if my regular shampoo is the best it can be. Would I have better results if I switched to Tricommin shampoo and conditioner instead of Nioxin for the regular shampoo days?

I have been using if for months and see no difference, i was told by a dermatologist that it is a nice shampoo and conditioner but dose nothing.
