Nipple Pain

Over the past the past 2 days I've had some pain in both of my nipples, kinda like a burning pain. I've been on finasteride for 4 months now, my only other side was a loss of libido 10 days into starting but this has gone away.

I was wondering if finasteride could be causing this. I did do a bench press session the day before the pain where the bar was bouncing off my chest, this may have caused it. Also it has got a lot colder the past few days which could be another factor.

My chest itself feels fine, no tenderness or abnormal growth.

Possible gyno aka boobs developing... Do you have tiny lumps around your nipples?

Only a very small spot like thing next to my left nipple, I'm not sure if it's always been there. They feel like a chafed nipple would.

I'm gonna try some vaseline on them and avoid touching them.

There's always a little something you can feel under/around your nipple, its only when that starts growing that its a problem.

Might be that your shirt got dragged the wrong way across your chest and rubbed them a little raw. The vaseline thing might work.
