Nizoral Contains A Carcinogen? (cocamide Dea)

I was looking at the composition of Nizoral and it contains coco diethanolamine (aka cocamide DEA) which The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) lists as an IARC Group 2B carcinogen.

I figure there are probably folks around here using it, so they should know.
