Nizoral every other day?

I'm using Nizoral every other day (1% - that's what's at the store - is it as good as 2%?) and seem to have no problem with it.

Is it wrong to use it this often? 2 weeks thus far.

Also, I leave it in for like 15 minutes. Feels good.

I would say a guarded no problem as long as your not having any adverse reactions. 10 mins is safer since 15 minutes is way longer than recommended (5mins) but who knows maybe leaving it on for 10mins might give you the same results as 2% on for 5 min.

I use 2% (it's OTC here in the UK) and I use it 3 times a week (pretty much every other day) and have been for around 10 months with no (apparent) problems.

although the litrature that comes with it does say to use every 3-4 days for 1-4 weeks and then once every 1-2 weeks, it also says 'please do not use your Nizoral shampoo more often than directed'

I also leave it only my head for 15 minutes (maybe more, I don't time it)

....can anyone smell that burning?.....
