Nizoral/T-Gel question

Everyone recommends using either Nizoral or T-Gel every other day or two to three times a week. My question is, why not use these shampoos every day? I mean, I've been on Propecia for two months now, but my head still itches, especially when I don't use Nizoral. So I use one or the other every day. Is this bad?

not sure either of those will get rid of itching. For me, copper peptides are the only thing that work for itching.

Jesusfreak: you seem to praise folligen in allot of your posts. What kind of results have you seen with it? Did it only help the itch or did you notice a decrease in shedding? I'm just curious because I should be getting an 8 oz bottle in the mail by Tuesday.
