No effect on my libido...does this mean finax not working???

I recently started using finax. And i read everywhere that it causes a decrease in libido and lower sperm count. but in my case i dont notice any of that. Though for few days the sperm was a little low on density but now it seems to be back to normal. So does this mean finax doesnt have any effect on me please any advice.
And yes my medicine is original and im 100% sure about that...
