No Feeling When Orgasm 1.5 Years Post Finasteride

I have a big Problem.
I took finasteride 3 Years from 18 to 21 and stopped it in September 2018.
I had bad side effects but now I feel better, well not really...
I can get a Boner without Problems but when I have Sex I can't feel anything..
The Ejaculation is without any sensation, it's like I'm taking a piss.
I have low testosteron levels (4.00 ng), half of what's normal for my age (23).
What can I do this sh*t is ruining my life I have absolute no feeling in my Penis...

A lot of reports from people having crashed testosterone after stopping treatment with finasteride. Nobody knows why, the usual starts with a boost in test because of the inhibition of DHT and with time it starts crashing... I saw a study regarding this but can't seem to find it, if i stumble upon it i will link it...

In the mean time try to boost your test naturally with exercise and other ways that improve it, i don't personally think that using other test boosting drugs could help long term but i'm not that informed about it. I also saw a lot of people using DHT gel after years of sides and coming back to normal with it, but using it regularly.. Try to find a good knowledgeable doctor in this, nobody on the forums can help you unfortunately...

Also I have to say that my hairloss didn't really start again so I have still that hair I had 3 years ago..

I personally think that yes, you will recover. But when, how and why? Nobody knows that, unfortunately there is not much information about the damage that these drugs can do, why and how to treat the conditions and damages they make. What i know is that the body has the power to heal itself and following a healthy life with all that includes a healthy life, your chances are the biggest they can ever get. Now, if it's something more and it's at epigenetic or molecular level, it's more complicated than that but nobody has proper information on this...

Have faith, i saw most recover, even after years and right when they were loosing their faith. Keep it clean, meditate, keep a proper and optimistic mindset, eat healthy, exercise your body and mind, try to be the best you can. And keep documenting and informing yourself, new info is on the way and i'm sure that with time we will have more proper information regarding all this sh*t, hair loss and treatment wise...
