No new hair after 6 months...

Hey everyone. Needed some advice on the course of action I should take. I had my transplant completed on March 15th, 2003. Its now September and I am starting to get depressed about my transplant procedure. Its been over 6 months and I am just starting to see some of hair grow out in the transplanted areas, but none in my major problem areas. I had the surgery to strengthen my front hairline and take care of my front tempal areas. I have seen little to no hair growth in the tempal areas and my concern is growing everyday.
The questions I have are simple. Has anyone in these forums taken as long as I have or longer to see any growth in their hair transplants. Im worried because I dont know if its going to grow in and when. Legal action has crossed my mind several times. I have spoken with the doctor who still assures me that the hair will grow in and that the reason I havent seen anything yet is because everyone's recovery time is different. He stated some people could see a difference in four months and some poeple could take up to a year. So with that said, can anyone tell me whether my concern is real or whether I should give it some more time. Any help would be great. I appreciate the feedback...

I can see why you're freaking out, but as I understand it, everyone responds differently. I think cases of hair not growing at all or very little are ver rare. Here's a thread where a guy was thinking about legal action. Take a look at the repsonses too. Who was your Doctor?

Thanks for the link. I guess im not the only one who's concerned. My doctor was Dr. Wentland out of Arlington Heights, IL. (http://www.ishrs.org/profiles/twentland.html) He is a really nice doctor and out of everyone whom i spoke with (Bosley, MHR, and other individual doctors), I trusted him the most because he was the most straight forward doctor. He covered up nothing and listened the most to what I wanted. I do trust him, but I just needed to hear from other people who have had the surgery done.

Did you use any minoxidil or cooper peptides after the sugery? In my three hair transplants, I have had hair growing at around 3-4 months so I believe you have cause for concern.
