The topic says it pretty much. I'm in ~2 months with Minoxidil (not original Rogaine, DS Labs Spectral MX5, 5% solution with low alcohol formula (had previously the standard formulation).
So far, I had no shedding. I also have no hair loss in general, only thinning. My daily hair loss is very, very small. I don't see hairs on my clothes, in the sink or in the shower. Very rarely I do.
Maybe it's because my hair is about 5cm short and I don't see it.
But also before... had hip-long hair before and I saw some hairs regularly.
Anyway, did someone experience this, too? I fear that the Minoxidil doesn't work and my follicles don't react to the solution.
Before I apply the minoxidil, I always wash shower, blow dry my hair pretty fast and use a hair brush (my hair are still kind of too short, that I need one), that's kind of hard, so the scalp is open for the minoxidil.
Then I apply it. I try to organize my time, that in the next 4 hours I don't have to shower or the hairs get wet (I always have a cap or a "chic hat"
with me ).
What do you think? WIll it happen? Does it work anyway, similar experiences?
