No to Litio, could Lamotrigine or valpoic acid help my mood change, with no hair loss as side effect?

Well with all this of pandemic and checking with my pshiquiatrics , he says by my history, a mood stabilizer will help, he gave me Litio but ready lot of hair loss and acne,
2 of my main problem in my life that make my depress, now i want to try with Lamotrigine or Valpoic Acid (my pshiquiatric told me that one)

any experience?
i still read a few post saying it cause hair loss, but i am on 7 times a week finasteride, 3 times avodart, minoxidil 5mg oral at night,
so makybe that could help?
i still losing hair by the way
