Bit of background...
Used to use proscar 1/4 of tab a day.
Got bad sides i.e. tits, depression, brain fog, watery semen, less blood in the old fella and even a nut pain here and there.
Always had bigger nips since puberty and then finasteride made them much worse.
More recently trying Dr Reddys generic dutasteride 3 x a week... no depression, brain fog, haven't had any real issues with the old fella either although the semen has gotten a bit runnier and have had no tit pain.
But the nips/tits are growing again.... it's not hard to ell as I have bugger all body fat (8%).
Have been taking zinc, DIM, flax lignans, flaxseed oil, lysine.... to no avail as the norgs just keep growing.
Now have on hand 20mg Nolvadex.... how much of this should I be taking to reduce the norg growth?
I am going to drop my dutasteride intake to two times a week and apply some topically with my minoxidil and then take finasteride 3 other days in the week of an evening so brain fog doen't effect my work.
