my doctor recommended minoxil, ketoral (ketoconazole) and xpecia (nutritional supplement)

What should I add to my treatment as an extra?

I am 23 years old

Am I late to start treatment?

İyileşmeye geç kaldım mı?

I have fears about using finasteride
Is there any other androgen blocker I can use with less side effects?

First of all, I have never noticed any side effects from finasteride/Duta. Many of them or most appear to be placebo effects. Second you can titrate your doses if you are worried about that to a point where the therapeutic benefits are maximized and any sides, minimized. Some people might have fewer sides on dutasteride just because we all can react slightly differently to meds, even similar ones. Finally, none of the side effects are permanent, regardless of what you might hear.

And no, to my knowledge, the only other blockers that would work well or better are bica, CPA or spironolactone and those are far stronger and far more feminizing, so Reductase Inhibitors are the pretty much the only anti-androgen available for males that don't feminize.

Start those treatments that your doctor recommended but instead of Xpecia use finasteride, supplements do nothing to help male pattern baldness. Finasteride side effects are extremely rare and they go away after stopping treatment.
