Nose jobs in the UK

Hi, has anyone ever had a nose job in the UK?
My nose was unremarkable when I had hair but without it, it just looks awful.
Basically it is bumpy in the middle, and is bulbous at the end.
I want the bump softened/removed, and maybe the bulbous end softened a little. (nothing drastic like MJ).

Can anyone tell me if they have where they went and what it cost?
I'm torn between this and a hair transplant at the moment, but I don't want to get butchered either way.

Rhinoplasty typically costs around 6500-8000 in Canada.

Bulbous nose is a result of thick skin not so much cartilage, and bone which is what surgeons address when they do rhinoplasty. essentially the nose can be made smaller, but it will still be thick and bulbous because you cannot shed the skin.

I consulted awhile back about making my nose smaller, and prettyy much thats what I was told. They will be able to break down your nose, and fix the hump though.

Same situation and same country, although I'm not bald I have an annoying scar on my lump on my nose which was the result of a childhood injury, mine is also a bit bulbous on the end although with my hair styled upwards it sort of fits my face.

yeah I might just save my money for a hair transplant instead. It's amazing how much a fringe / bangs can alter the shape of a face.
