Ok, so I've posted a lot of pics on this forum and had a lot of ppl claiming that I'm not balding. I've always laughed this off and said that those folks are crazy. So here's some christmas cheer from me (feeling ok despite this lol):

Can anyone still say that I'm not pretty much bald? Am I imagining this sh*t? Ppl are f*****g staring at the bald top of my head all the time, I guess they're crazy too...

I personally think you still have a decent amount of hair left.

Decent amount? My scalp is literally shining! There's no coverage whatsoever on top! Anyway, balding is the least of my problems, I have so many others that balding on top of them is like a bad joke, a final nail in the coffin, etc. I'd rather be able to speak properly and have all my fingers intact than have hair. It would also help if I wasn't born butt-ugly. I have to confess that my balding has STILL progressed slower than I thought, at 23 I was sure I'd be slick by this age. It still is quite horrible to have this amount of hair at 29.

Try to grow your hair long. It will make "the coverage" thicker. I see from those pics (am I wrong?) that the density is almost similar on top and sides so your crown won't be emphasized by a horseshoe pattern.
And your hair is very light which is good too...

Ok, I can't believe this. Is there something wrong in my vision 'cause to me it's clear that I don't have much going on top. The density on top is probably under 50% compared to sides. Yeah my hair is very light, dry and unhealthy and I can't suss out why. It suddenly turned out like this like 10 months ago. Before that my skin and hair were well moistured and healthy, and the thinning wasn't quite this obvious. When grown out my hair looks absolutely horrible.

A buzzed head does'nt really show anything to me your hair looks as thick ontop as on the sides. Infact at that length anyones scalp would be clear to see even Brad Pitts.

I don't know, man... this is getting ridiculous again. What's wrong with you ppl? I thought you were experts on balding but it seems you're blind as bats. Is this really so hard? Here we go again:

Come on, one of you must see what I see. At least one!

See if you were bald you would look like the before picture on the left.
You however look much more like the after picture (the right one) which is not bald.
This is what everybody here sees.

ghg is right, i can see the thinning part in the middle

try the head tatoo, seems the best idea for you, it wont do you any harm and you still have stuble.

there is no excuse to wear hair, just wear hats fora while and say you grew your hair out, people will believe you.

so head tat is best, or hairpiece

Hair loss is a thing that has no chance of empathy from those who haven't expirienced it. And I am just like you, OP - diffuser with no recession. I feel for you.

ghg it seems like you have female pattern baldness. At least you have decent hairline and so the buzz cut doesn't look bad. Some have it worse (I'm diffusing on top AND receding at 21, and I think I'll actually be slick bald at 23. Well, maybe not slick but it will be a tragic hair situation :p).

Yeah I'm aware of this, I got the pattern from my mother who's been thinning the same way. And I'm also aware that there are ppl who are even worse off than me when it comes to hairloss, but given my current state of loss (which I have proven with pics numerous times) it's unbelievable that there's still some users who actually say that I simply DON'T HAVE hairloss and that I SHOULD NOT be on this site. And by saying that they're implying that I'm actually insane.

You have some degree of hairloss, and it still looks ok buzzed. If someone can't tell your thinning (which is what I'd call it) then your good right? I wouldn't worry much if I where you.

You have a good hairline thus even if you where to experience more thinning, a shaved look would still frame your face. I don't have that luck unfortunately with my enourmously receded hairline, huge forehead and diffuse "island" thinning whilst taking Dutasteride even (would've thought it would help but here I am on Christmas wearing a hat and posting on Hairlosstalk).

Besides, even when grown out I don't think it'll be that horrible. You could probably have a faux hawk if you'd like.

Objectively, I think you are a good-looking guy - the buzzed look, looks good on you dude. Don't be so tough on yourself ...

Whats wrong with your fingers? And speech?

I think you look pretty good, good facial symmetry, look great with the super short hair.
I do think, you look a bit "bare", maybe due to your thin eyebrows, or no facial hair (and absence of hair on head).

You would look great in dark glasses.

In fact, have you tried some normal glasses? Even if your eyes are perfect?

I have super think eyebrows, but my glasses sorta frame my eyes.

He is diffusing in the center, but he is far from bald. A little bit of dermmatch in the center would hide all that very nicely, and women only look at your hairline anyway, which is strong.

The price of dermmatch went up, btw. So I need to ration my last disc.

HGH is that you in your avatar? If so, you do have a high hairline. Did you have a transplant? That would explain the diffusing behind the strong hairline. No way can you fill that in with grafts.

I filled in my front with grafts, with a lower hairline than yours, but my graftrs are much thinner than your hairline. Oh well. I just read books. Some women even don't notice my thinness, especially if I have dermmatch on right.

I heard the dots are too big, and even then it is hard to make a dot look like stubble. He would have to shave his head slick for the dots to look right.
