Not on anything right now but shedding really badly

Just these past few days I have been loosing a ridiculous amount of hair, it's beyond frustrating sitting on my couch and literally watch a hair follicle fall out of my head and waking up and my pillow covered with hair...
It's funny because i have naturally really thin hair anyway.
I'm thinning so badly I wouldn't be surprised if I had no hair by the end of next week hah.

You guys ever experience this ****? My scalp, head seems especially inflamed his week also......
