Diffused thinners respond much better to finasteride/dutasteride as opposed to those with receeded hairlines since follicles that aren’t fully miniaturized can be recovered to an extent. Honestly, minoxidil won’t be enough- especially considering how aggressive your hairloss is. Diffused thinners all seem to get good results from derma rolling too.
