Lately I've found that my hair looks and feels fuller on specific days. Besides 1mg of finasteride eod, I've been adding to my diet ACV, broccoli, coconut oil, increased cardio, flaxseed, etc. After some experimentation, I've come to the conclusion that when I drink/eat more coconut oil (around 2Tbs/day, in a smoothie or straight from the jar) my hair improves overnight, it has a much better feel and feels thicker. I am gonna keep going and keep a minimum of 2Tbs/day of raw, organic, virgin CO.
And after some googling, I just found these two papers, there must be something.

Could be the lauric acid in the CO? Just my observations ...
