OC RU quality

Anyone order from them recently. How is the quality of RU58841. Last time I ordered was early 2011 and it wouldn't mix as well as Kanes.

I just purchased some a couple weeks ago. This is my first time of purchasing RU but it is white and has very few tiny little clumps. All I do is add the ethanol first then shake it and they are gone after about 20 seconds of shaking it and it looks to be mixed. Then I add my PG and apply.

all the ru i boughet from them seems to work ok. but every batch is different.
never got a batch like before. its like a russian rollate buying ru today.
