Hello guys,

I'm using OC for more than 4 years now with the kind of success I was looking for : stopping my hairloss.

My regimen was 15mg of OC in a 15ml mix of ppg, 95%alcohol and water : 0,5ml/day for 15 days, then 1 or two week without using it

As some users reported, when I applied OC before going to bed, I had big trouble to sleep this particular night, but no more issues the next ones with morning applications...

The thing is that I made a mistake with my most recent mix, I doubled the dose of OC, and I applied OC twice, in the morning and before going to bed...

Since then (almost two weeks ago), I CAN'T sleep at all.. I'm laying in bed, really relaxed (I have NO personnal issues) but unable to sleep.

I don't know what to do, it looks like I have a giant Jet Lag, being tired in the morning (around 8 am).

I didn't apply OC since this first night without sleeping.

Do you guys think that using OC again one time in the morning would put things in order ? Like reseting my circadian cycle ?

Thank you in advance and sorry for my english

0,015mg? Man that is 15ug (microgram). You wouldn't even have the capability to measure that out in the method you are mixing without some very high precision scales which are extremely expensive. Besides that it wouldn't have any activity at all at such a absurd low concentration.

Do you mean 15mg?

Anyway just cut back on your dosage?

I too am using OC at 1% 0.01 per ml, no insomnia, how did you determine the correlation? However I did notice evenings after applying it, I would wake up feeling like I had being majorly stoned the night before, if thst ,skies sense, as in highly lethargic, puffiness ect, although this would quickly subside throughout the day

Hello,

it's getting better with melatonin supplements, but I'm still sleeping 3 to 4 hours max. I made the correlation based on my previous experimentations with OC. Every time I applied it at night I couldn't sleep.

The first night with sleep trouble (1 month ago), I applied it in the morning AND before going to bed with an almost 2% solution each time.... so almost four times my usual regimen.
