Off topic: Is there any topical, non DHT blocking, to *thin out* body hair?

Anyone know of anything topical that can thin the hair shaft, non androgen related? Theres got to be something out there no?

Not looking for complete removal, but just thinning of the hair shaft.

Well there are topical IGF receptor inhibitors which are supposed to reduce body hair thickness. The one i came across is called inhibitif. Seems like a fairly new product. Doesn't seem cheap though and it seems like you have to use it regulary otherwise the hair just goes back to normal. Kinda reminds me of the problem we have with minoxidil and finasteride.
