i know this is off topic but i dont think anyone really checks the off-topic forum so ima' post my question here as well, my bad son.

anyhow... alot of you guys out there seem to be smart mofo's and probably have extensive knowledge in many other areas besides hairloss. so.... i decided to pose this question in hopes that maybe somone has some info.

just wondering if it is possible to make yourself grow taller. i know its an odd question but still, ive done some research on the web and i usually come across alot of "scam" looking products. i, however, sometimes come across some research that indicates proper diet and exercise techniques can stimulate growth even at 25 and older. so what do you guys think? any truth to this, any of you guys have an info or exp. on this matter?

hey im 5'8ish dont bash a brotha' for at least wanting to be bald and a bit taller at least!

Errr ... there are medical ways (but it's mostly Chinese women in China who get them done) that involve putting pins in your legs and stretching you every day for a couple of months. Doesn't feel very pleasant, but will give you a few inches.

The best way is to exercise your lower back, so you don't hunch. And to have a lot of sex ... with virgins. Will cure everything, esp. male pattern baldness.

If you are referring to bone growth, no. You can elongate your spinal structure through stretching techniques. Seems you can get an inch or two.

Also losing weight and standing up straight always makes you look taller. I want to be so tall that no one can see my hairloss from down below.

Two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun.

I used to eat 4 of these at a sitting when I was in high school and was in great shape. Seems like my metabolism has slowed down a lot since then, and it's only been 3 years. Maybe it's the finasteride. 8O
